Overall a fair experience. The design can pose challenges for people with disability. The elevators are fewer and can be real hot. The ground floor rooms are more convenient for hauling luggage. It seems an older facility and would some repairs. The breakfast options and the area are excellent. It is very close to the Galleria mall, so great for tourists staying in the Houston area for a few days.

The room was very clean and spacious. The elevator was down for a few days and my key stopped working so i had to go to the front desk for a replacement. All in all i enjoyed my stay.
