Emergency alarm ruined the experience
Nice place. But fire/emergency kept going off. In town for an interview and got no sleep. From like 3am-until I checked out. The alarm blasted in my room. I couldn’t think. Left earlier than I wanted to because I needed to prepare for the interview. I barely got any sleep, so 2 Stars.

The hotel was quiet, the area was quiet. But the room wasn't the best. There was a drip from our ceiling in the bathroom. The a/c was very loud. The house keeping came at awkward times. I don't think I've ever experienced house keeping stopping by so early at any hotel I've stayed at. So we didn't get house keeping the entire stay because they didn't come back. I went looking for ice one night and none of the machines were working. After going to every floor, i had to go to the lobby and the front desk got it from the kitchen.

Overall this was a good stay. There are many upgrades bring made around the property that are noticeable and welcomed. My room was clean, and properly stocked. The complimentary shampoo/ conditioner are top quality unlike most hotels. There is a McDonald’s next door convenient for late night snacking if needed. Brandee H.

I killed a roach in my roòm. When i informed the front desk i was told they were aware and to grab a snack from the hotel store. I was flabbergasted. Other than that it was an average stay.
