Lovely modern and clean property. Manager was there to take care of me after I arrived after check in because my flight was delayed. They even accommodated late check out so I was able to work from my room. Would definitely recommend.

There was no coffee maker in the room. I am retired from VP services at institutions and have traveled extensively and stayed in motels, low,mid,extremely high level hotels. Even if it were a cheap coffee maker, there was a coffee maker in the room. They advertised 24 hour free availability of coffee but one has to always go to the lobby for it (absolutely an impractical and unfriendly design). Just imagine an elderly individual having to make even two trips to the lobby. Free breakfast but JUST BAGELS (I do not eat breakfast). I love bagels. But if you do not eat bagels or the bagels are a bit tough, NO BREAKFAST FOR YOU. The idiotic assumption that YEA BAGELS is OK for all is asinine. Without a simple sandwich area in the food section of the hotel, you are in real trouble if you are a late arrival, which in today's air travel is not unusual. The day that I travelled, many planes were diverted to other cities because of tornado weather over Houston. My plane was diverted to Victoria, TX others to Austin,TX, etc. I arrived at the hotel past midnight. Because there is absolutely no place to go to get food the staff said I should look on line to see who might deliver at that time. This is next to impossible if you are not a resident of Houston and are absolutely unfamiliar with Houston. There is a simple fix. The staff should get a small list of places that deliver food after midnight and must never leave a paying guest to find a food place, this is not customer service.

Nice and clean hotel very close to the airport for an easy commute. I have the Hilton Honors app, so I was able to check in early and use the digital key to open my room door. I highly recommend.
