Disappointed. Property was very dusty and dirty. Needs a deep clean and regular maintenance. Bathroom facilities were in VERY poor condition. Tub and toilet need to be replaced. Toilet bowl was completely stained and tub/shower porcelain was worn down to the metal. Tub grout scummy/dirty. Bottle lid from previous tenant was left in the top of the soap dish. Bath mat in the tub, was a bacteria frap. What once was white, was now brown. Found hair in tub and other locations around the condo. Took approximately 40 pictures of issues. Left two messages for the property manager, but did not hear from her until the next day. Fortunately, was able to get a hold of VACASA rep, that night, to report issues. We did not stay.
