I've never stayed at a place that smelled so much like urine from animals! I have a daughter with asthma you think I wanted her in a room like that. And then gave us another room that the tv was broken. I thought I was going to enjoy our night stay and nope! We had to rent another room elsewhere

I was chrcked into a room that someone was already chrcked into. I was downgraded to a smaller room due to unavailability. It smelled horrid in there. There was no way in hell i would wake up the next day had i stayed in that horrible place.

The hotel was absolute trash!! It’s smelled like a cat litter box. Ammonia smell was so strong. The ac vents were molded and the ceiling had mold on it. The couch had cigarette burns on it and the trim around the bathtub was molded and coming apart.

Good hotel except cleanliness
The hotel was nice but the floor was too sticky. The carpet was sticky and you could feel that they haven’t cleaned it in forever. Overall it was great except cleanliness.

Really old and they only have replaced linen and bedding. Needs new flooring! It’s peeling up and can’t even walk on it. The carpet is so old, you don’t want to walk on it without something on your feet. All the furniture and beds need to be replaced. You can’t sit on the couch and the beds are so hard you might as well lay on the floor. I thought I was getting a good deal because they said the rooms were on sale. These rooms should be about $29/night or less. Thank you

The gal at the front desk was kind and direct. Our room was clean. But.... the room had warped flooring in the kitche , a leak from the shower, under the wall, and into the kitchen, the shower wouldn't run hot water, and the kitchen faucet ran scalding water. On top of that, the room across from us had a few dogs. I get it: pet friendly. But when your dogs have been barking non stop for about 2 hrs, the appropriate response from front desk is not "we're pet friendly". They refused to do anything about it, even though they were still barking at 12:45am and many many people on our floor were complaining. Either we eventually fell asleep from pure exhaustion, or they stopped, but rest assured they started back up again at 6am.

DO NOT STAY HERE!
Right near NASA. The room has an odor of mold or mildew. I asked to change rooms, but they said they were full. Full kitchenette with some dishes. Around the outside bottom of the tub has stuck on hair and dirt. They locked me out of my room daily. I had to go to the front desk every night. We had a fire alarm go off on Wednesday morning 5am. Fire department showed up and everything. They lost power at 6am Sunday morning and it was restored 2.5 hours later. Pool was out of order the whole time. This is an at risk booking through hotels.com
Kitchen area Has full fridge. Make your own ice cubes. Some dining ware.
Dirty bathtub bottom. Caulking and cleaning needed

Room smelled of mold and mildew the while time. You cannot get a refund when you prepay from a third party site, as they call it.
