Great nights Stay
The Inn is a 2 story motel across from the harbor. It is a quick walk to downtown Hyannis the restaurants and the John Kennedy museum, worth the visit. The owner is very friendly and helpful and keeps a safe, clean and nicely appointed property. This Inn is great for a one night visit or a week with the family.

Very dated, but clean and comfortable. Situated across the street from the harbour and 5 minutes to both ferry companies taking trips to nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard. Across the street from outstanding sea food restaurant. Stove microwave fridge kettle cutlery etc. bed and linnen perfect

This is a conveniently located Motel. Very near to downtown Hyannis and ferry boats. My room was very clean. But it’s clearly “dated” and could use some upgrading.

The owner could not have been sweeter or more accommodating. There is a cute sitting area outside overlooking the harbor, when he saw that we were sitting there he brought some cushions out for us. He remembered our names every time he saw us. We will absolutely go back again. Great location, you have the harbor area and Main St shopping & restaurants in walking distance to the hotel. A little outdated but everything else makes up for it!

El hotel tiene una excelente ubicación, cerca del puerto, cerca de las maravillosas playas del Cape Cod, cerca de excelentes restaurantes donde la comida Del Mar es una delicia, por otra parte, puedes caminar al centro muy fácil y es una visita obligada para ver lo típico de Hyannis! What a wonderful surprise! I booked this house inn in Hyannis just a day before my trip, and it far exceeded my expectations. The location is perfect, right behind Hyannis Harbor, making it very convenient for travel. There’s plenty of parking available for those on a road trip. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and patient, offering great recommendations for food and local attractions. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with a fully equipped kitchen that included all necessary utensils, a fridge, and a microwave—super convenient. The air conditioning was quiet, ensuring a restful night's sleep during our travels. I highly recommend this place!

Very convenient if you plan to take the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard or Nantucket (a 5 minute walk). Staff was very friendly and courteous. The room was very clean. Also a short walk to restaurants.

We were so happy with our 4 day stay. Raj and the staff were very welcoming and friendly...AND helpful! The room was immaculate, and freshly painted. The bedding was beautiful, comfortable and cozy. The air conditioning on a very hot stretch of days, worked wonderfully. We were so happy to have a kitchenette with microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker. Honestly, I have NEVER seen such a spotless kitchen and bathroom in a motel in my life! This is our new go to motel, when wecare in the Hyannis area....🙂

Staff was great! Very friendly and welcoming. Safe, quiet, free parking on premises and very convenient to everything which was near. Beaches close by are OK. Many nice stores for shopping and great restaurants on Main Street, all walking distance which were amazing! The only reason I am giving this rating was that the bathroom and mini kitchenette in our room were horrible. The bathroom was soooo outdated which needs a total make over. Hated using this bathroom! The kitchen and bathroom was in the back of our room and the bathroom was separated by a door with NO lock. Definitely NOT worth all that money I had paid to stay for 2 nights!

Very outdated. Needs an overhaul. This room was left from the 60s. I was afraid to touch the bedspread. Please get new ones and put down some new flooring.

One Night Stay
The room was very clean. They have a small stove but was informed it’s not operational in any rooms and they have a limit of one vehicle per room. Room came with four pillows for the king bed and should have requested two extra. The beds are older and could use replacing as they were not the most comfortable. For the price and location it was good. A lot of restaurants are within walking distance and you can see the harbor from the parking lot.
