This hotel is in the very centre of Rouen, making it easy to walk everywhere. The room was cozy and nice, but there was a bit of noise through the walls and ceiling from the hallways, but not enough to prevent sleep. I would recommend avoiding bringing a car to this hotel if you possibly can, it's quite an ordeal to get the car through the pedestrian zone into the carpark. Staff were polite and helpful. Note that while they have laundry services, they don't operate on weekends which would have been nice to know in advance.

Radisson Blu was fantastic. It was wet weather during my stay and there were a few sites I didn’t get to see as they were closed on Mondays & tuesdays But the hotel had a spa and wellness centre & I spent time there. Lauren was an amazing masseuse- she has magic hands. The hotel restaurant was also a treat. Oysters fresh, the beef medallion alittle sinewy but the mushrooms and sauce was perfect. The deconstructed mango, lemon ginger parfait- was delicious but not really a parfait. It’s a short walk to the cathedral, gros horloge and other sites.
