Nice people & rooms super clean… management responsive & very competent. Pool & hot tub rails wobbly & unsafe… Breakfast excellent… Area across street & adjoining property a little sketchy but nothing to be too concerned about.

Desk chair was the type that flips over and dumps you on the floor No carpet allowed chair to fly out from you as you attempted to sit. Shower creeped open because floor slanted. Floor near 2nd floor elevator sloped. Laundry room 2 broken washers and drier

Very nice updated bathroom HOWEVER, the glass shower door would not stay closed. We had to put a paper plate between the doors to keep it closed. We told the lady at the front desk, but who knows if they will fix it

The room smelled of smoke, the curtain fell off and there was a hole in the wall in the closet that was not fully sealed. Pillows were very small the size of couch coushins. I did like that the dog friendly rooms had no carpet and at another side of the hotel. Staff helped me check in, and were very friendly. The hallway smelled clean, however my main issue was with the room no the entire facility.

Hotel seems to still be under renovations. Our room was clean. The couple in charge of breakfast were very nice and attentive. We would stay again.
