This hotel was horrible. No wifi the first night. TV didn't get any channels. Remote didn't work. Hallway smelled strongly of urine. Pool and hot tub were out of order. Snack machine was out of order. Easily one of the top three worst hotels I've ever stayed in.

It was not a good night.
We were disappointed the swimming pool was closed and we were not alerted about this closure prior to our stay. My son was looking forward to swimming. The hotel is more run down on the outside and common areas. Our room itself was comfortable with the exception of a loose toilet seat and inadequate vacuuming (see photo). The worst part was safety concerns. There was an unexpected drunk guy who got in a fight with the hotel manager. One glass door was shattered and the other door had cracked glass (see photo). Two windows were also damaged by the intruder (see photo). The police were called. I think the hotel should temporarily close until all entries are secure again. I would not stay there right now. Breakfast was adequate. I personally would like a customer courtesy for the lack of pool, no fitness room and security concerns last night. Anyone who stayed there last night should get their money back. The hotel needs to be better maintained.

good place to get some rest
The TV did not work the first night finally asked the manager if he could fix it and he did. The pool was not operational the pump was broken. Mt room was clean and comfortable The coffee in the morning was delicious.

We could not check in because nobody came to the front desk. Sat there for 20 minutes. Doors are broken and weird drunk people. Felt unsafe. We left and went to another motel. We will need to be refunded

The Quality Inn Minoqua, WI is a place to lay your head in a pinch. The property is dated, the rooms are dated. The carpeting was stained, the room musty smelling, the sheets were not clean (hair), the shower was stained and the wallpaper in the shower (yeah, you read that correctly, WALLPAPER) was peeling and had mold behind it. The TV did not work properly. The clerk was sitting in the "lounge" watching TV. I would not have stayed here if I had not been driving hundreds of miles on two hours sleep. I would NOT recommend the Quality Inn Minoqua, WI, unless there is nowhere else to go (maybe consider sleeping in your truck).

The pool was closed and it was black, it smelled the minute you walked in, sheets were dirty, room was just icky!!! We left and got a room down the street - it was that awlful. I am going to demand a refund!! I met 2 other couples that also did the same thing and left because of terrible condtions.

The staff were friendly, and I liked that breakfast was available. However, one of the reasons I booked with the hotel was for the swimming pool, but it was padlocked shut. I managed to see that the pool was mostly empty and needed cleaning. Pretty disappointing since my kiddo and I were looking forward to it and there wasn't any mention or sign that it was shut down for repairs or anything.

I barely write reviews but I was so disappointed and what a waste of money 🙁… The room had crumbs on the floor and cleanliness wise was overall not great. The shower drain was clogged and would slowly drain. The toilet barely flushed. The bed was terrible… and no way was it a queen size like anticipated. We actually left a day early bc we barely slept. There was no pool or hot tub accessible…it’s hard to say when the last time it was even functioning.
