The large family room on second floor doesnā€™t have access to elevator which was the main reason we booked the room. Staff are great but management not sympathetic at all.

HOTEL SO LA LA....
Bei Umbuchungen wird garnicht weitergeholfen. Das Personal ist in dieser Hinsicht nicht nett. Die Lage ist mitten im Zentrum. Das Hotel ist geeignet fĆ¼r Leute, die von morgens bis abends unterwegs sind und nur ums Schlafen in das Hotel gehen. Sauberkeit ist leider nicht so prickelnd. Wir wollten das Zimmer wechseln, leider wurde uns nicht weiter geholfen. Bei Thema Service waren die hilfsbereit. Wenn was gefehlt hat, haben die einen geholfen.

TrĆØs bien situĆ© proche de toutes commoditĆ©s dont la gare ferroviaire et la station de tramway Ć  3min Ć  pied. Sultanhamet est Ć  2 stations de tramway et l'accĆØs au port de tourisme pour visiter le bosphore Ć  1 station. Ce n'est pas le grand luxe mais c'est propre (drap, serviette et mĆ©nage tous les jours). TrĆØs bon rapport qualitĆ© prix. Le petit dĆ©jeuner est bien (buffet) et le personnel trĆØs sympathique.

Die Unterkunft war von der Lage und Personal aus sehr TOP. Sehr hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter, unser Zimmer wurde tƤglich gesƤubert, neue HandtĆ¼cher, neue BettwƤsche wurde bezogen (sauber), Boden wurde gesaugt und gewischt, Klo und Bad gereinigt. Sehr zentrale Lage innerhalb 100m bei der Tram, rundherum mit kƶstlichen Restaurants. Es gab nur ein negativen Punkt das unser Zimmer fĆ¼r drei Person nicht allzugroƟ war. Kaum Platz fĆ¼r unsere Koffer und uns zsm. Under Spiegel hing zu tief unten. Aber mit der Zeit hat man sich an das Zimmer gewƶhnt. Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt und den umgang der Mitarbeitern mehr als Zufrieden. Kƶnnte mir vorstellen bei meiner nƤchsten Reise nach Istanbul wieder diesen Hotel zu buchen.
