Stayed here for a recent visit to Istanbul and the hotel is stunning. Staff were fantastic, very helpful and accommodating. Couldnā€™t ask for a better experience. Location was fantastic too. Within a short walk there was the harbour for river tours, the dolmabahche palace and shopping and restaurants within minutes of walking. Would definitely return.

Would stay there again.
The staff at the Artisan Istanbul MGallery were amazing. Emirkon Dogukan at the front desk was very helpful with our transportation needs and questions we had on visiting the local sites.Zerrin in housekeeping went out of her way taking car of our needs and kept our room spotless. Breakfast was delicious with a view of the Bosphorus. Kabatas ligth rail station and Taksim Square are within walking distance of the hotel.

Great central hotel!
A fantastic hotel, breakfast in the rooftop restaurant was a treat each morning. The staff were exceptional and always ready to assist. The rooms were clean and comfortable. On the Friday and Saturday there is noise at the front from a club in the area, that was a minor inconvenience. Location was great and central to most areas. I would definitely return. Thank you for a lovely stay.
