The property was in a convenient location but the place needs a makeover and the staff at the shops need replacing. They were rude, grumpy and couldn’t care less.
The tipping system was supposed to drive better service and I can tell you it is mostly not happening. Very disappointed in the food quality, taste and service and it was not only at this property.

Was not informed that the pool was for over 21 only, this hotel is not family friendly, great location for the strip lovely hotel would have also been nice to have a coffee/tea making machine in the room, would not recommend this hotel for families.

"Was very pleased with my stay here. Great staff and nice rooms. Only thing that could use some improvement is the wifi signal to the rooms. Otherwise, I would definitely recommend this hotel!"

"The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are nice as is the pool. The building is not complete. The upstairs bar was not available. The menu is tiny and the food portions tiny. It is chronically understaffed. The breakfast was poor. We would not eat dinner there and bought more breakfast elsewhere. Coffee ..."
