The living area catches the afternoon sun beautifully, and the large ranch slider opens out onto a small patio with a table and chairs for two, so you can enjoy a drink or meal outdoors.

The kitchen is perfect for preparing tasty meals for two to enjoy at home, with its quality appliances, dishwasher and full size fridge. There is a 2 seater dining table. A Nespresso coffee pod machine is provided for your morning caffeine fix. You’ll appreciate the good sized bedroom with ample wardrobe space, and we’ve already mentioned how good the bed is! Note: As a condition of booking we require the booker to provide photo ID such as a drivers licence or passport. We also place a hold of $600 against a credit card as a bond which is returned the day after checkout subject to satisfactory inspection.

The property manager is nearby and is available should you have any questions during your stay.

Safe and free parking is available on the street. Taxis and Uber are available in the area, but you are best to have your own vehicle as most attractions are a short drive away. There is a public transport bus stop approximately 15 minutes walk which will take you to the Frankton Bus Hub, and from there connect to Queenstown, Arrowtown etc.

As it is a new subdivision, please be aware that during the day there will be building work underway in the street. It does not continue at night. Due to the time of the year, the lawn around the private patio area has not been able to be laid so it is bare dirt at present.

This is a ground level property with easy access. Towels and bed linen are included in the rate for this property. An initial supply of shampoo, conditioner, body wash and some kitchen supplies are provided.
