In this hotel, I had a spacious room, most of room electronics was working. However, some serious drawbacks:
* after using the shower, the water from the floor was draining over more than an hour due to the lack of proper slope. And all that time was creating a pretty big noise. Bad drainage design.
* bathroom sink was not draining fast enough.
* no labels on valves for hot and cold water.
* when shower glass wall got foggy, bad cleaning of it became visible.
* noise from outside of the building.
* in the bathroom,I can hear people taking shower above me. No sound proofing of vents.
* bathroom fan was not working.
* in the living room, I can clearly hear people in the adjacent room and in the hallway, as if there was no any walls.
* the bed mattress is “extra firm”. I have never seen a 4 or 5 star hotel with extra firm mattress. I was not able to get a good sleep at all.
* the bedding was made of some material that was making me sweat all night.
* very humid inside. in the morning, I saw substantial condensation on the window inside the room, probably, due to not working bathroom fan.
* the toilet water was unfiltered and was leaving red trail markings after a flush.
* the reception staff every time was slow and making me wait 5 min.
* for breakfast, I poured clean hot water into a cup, and it had a red-ish color. the staff apologized and brought me another clean one a few minutes later. this time, I suspect, they used bottled water.
My eval of this hotel: 2.5 - 3 stars.
