We had a great time at Samode Haveli in Jaipur. The place is a piece of heaven, quiet, pristine. Staff were very attentive and helpful. Restaurant had a lot great options. Will definitely be staying there again.

We loved everything about this hotel - the furnishings, the rooms, the food, the friendly and helpful staff. It was the perfect place to stay in Jaipur and I only wish we could have stayed longer.

First of all Expedia charged me too much for the same hotel my friend and I booked together. Was not the room I saw or was supposed to get. It was for 252$. Expedia charged me $379. I need refund for additional charges. I will be filing a complaint for the amount charged

Terrible Service
A run down haveli. Do yourself a favor and stay at Rambagh. Immediately upon check-in to dingy dark room we requested to leave the hotel via hotel car and returned the key. The hotel refused to refund and told hotels.com that we stayed the entire duration of the reservation even though we returned the key and made it very clear we were leaving. The quality of service is a disgrace.

Perfect heritage luxury!
This peaceful heritage property located within the walls of the pink city was a delight to stay at. We spent two nights in a very spacious room off the main courtyard. The rooms were clean, had comfortable beds, large bathrooms including a gigantic roll top bath and a large shower cubical which was enjoyed regularly due to the humidity of September. One note for light sleepers would be to take an eye mask as the curtains were not black out so the room was light (in my opinion) during the night. There was an air conditioner in the main bedroom and ceiling fans in all rooms which helped keep the temperature at bay. All the staff were very courteous and polite. The pool is gorgeous and the gym facilities perfect for a short trip. The hotel restaurant for breakfast and dinner was delicious and had a beautiful outdoor eating courtyard for those enjoying the heat! It felt like a perfectly maintained ‘exotic marigold hotel.’
