There were plenty of loose hairs in the bathroom and hall vanity but it was late and they seemed understaffed. I used disinfectant wipes. There was no hand soap only a small bottle of body wash on the sink. The Keurig was very grimy on the inside so no quick cup of coffee before leaving. The bed was ok. The best part is that it was very quiet in the room so we slept all night.

We did not spend much time on the property so commentary is limited. We did experience the following: soundproofing nearly non existent. We could hear normal level conversations from room next door, sound of water running so loud we thought something was on in our bath and leaking into the walls, housekeeping was great the first day but 2nd day was just a matter of someone pull up sheets-not even moving pillows and left a hand towel for floor mat in bath. Did not remove dirty towels.

The front desk help at check in was very slow. Took 2 people to complete most transactions. The room listings were misleading, didn't want to pay extra for a refrigerator, so assumed this room didn't have one, it did, but it was in the dresser door. Could have planned a little different knowing it has one. The bed never had a fitted sheet, or a full length flat sheet. The blanket was scratchy considering there wasn't enough sheet. Was hoping this property would be better after the remodel, but seemed more comfortable before. No ice machines worked on our floor.

I wouldn’t stay here again if you PAID me. -Restaurant has very limited hours and no other food options within walking distance. -The airport shuttle is a freaking joke. -The beds didn’t have anything on them other than a top sheet. -Ice machine was broken. -Staff was extremely disrespectful. I booked this place specifically for the airport shuttle. My partner and I landed after a 15 hour day of travel, EXHUASTED. They left us waiting outside of the airport in the cold for 45 MINUTES after we had communicated VERY clearly with them when we landed, got our bags, and arrived at the pickup location. Other shuttles had come by 3 times by when they dragged their way to us. We had to speak to other shuttle drivers because we were so confused about why it was taking so long. I called a couple times during our wait, because they kept giving us different time estimates that they missed, again and again. At first they said 5-7 minutes, then after that time had elapsed, I called again to make sure they didn’t go to a different pick up location. They said 10 more minutes, I called again after 20 minutes because I was confused, and the front desk lady was SO RUDE?? Remember, we were promised a 5-7 minute wait, and at this point it’s been over half an hour. I asked her what we were supposed to do, because we had a very long day and we had been sitting outside in the cold for half hour with no real information.
