Breakfast there is kind of a joke. Only offer frozen egg and cheese sandwiches that you have to microwave yourself and yogurt. My shower wouldn’t drain. All the elevators except for one were broken. Just not a good experience.

Our window (covered by a curtain) was permanently lodged about an inch open letting in a lot of cold air and noise. Only one of three elevators were working and access to stairwells lead to staff only areas. Overall property is rundown, unsafe, and not clean.

This place is under new ownership so things are off to a rough start. First room we had was incomparable to the second room were as the room had holes in the walls the comforter did not fit the bed and the bathroom floor was sticky. The second bedroom we were offered was better, but the bed was probably as old as the building. I've bever slept on a bed this bad to where i didnt even feel like i got any sleep. Last but not least the "free" breakfast was a joke. Only egg n cheese sandwiches, bread, muffins, a pastry, and croissants. The only good thing there was juice. Only coffee they had was instant Nestlé. All i can say is i wich i could give less than 1 star.

It was just not nice, we booked for 5 people and we ended up with 4 beds, the staff told me their is no room for 5 people but on the booking it didn’t say anything that their won’t be an extra bed or we have to get another room because we all won’t fit. We found mouse running around and some bugs. For breakfast their was pretty much nothing, I will not recommend

It is a poorly maintained building and looks very old. The lift and the main entrance door of the hotel were not functioning during our stay, making it very uncomfortable. The staff just knocked and entered our room while we were sleeping. Terrible experience.

Dirty rooms, corridor smells like cigarettes and weed, worst customer service. Staff midnight came inside the room without knocking thinking i was out but ran out as soon as he noticed i was in the room without any explanation. Definitely these guys are theifs all staff involved because when next morning i confronted they all started making excuses.
