We had a great time! The location was incredible being right beside the bus to go to downtown NYC. The employees were very helpful and kind. There should be trays for the breakfast as the bowls and plates add up quickly. They should also redistribute the way they separate the breakfast as it ends up being crowded in one corner and there is no food anywhere else. The food is good though! Room service is also every 2 days and not everyday. Therefore keep your towels for w days or go ask for more at the reception. The beds are comfortable. We were 5 and had two beds and a pull out couch. There was a gym which was appreciated as well.

Horrible stay check in was at 3:00pm but wasn't able to check in until 5:20pm because the room was not ready yet. The room wasn't cleaned to my liking. The floor looked dirty. Only 2 elevators people were fighting to get in to get to there room. Parking area was horrible. If you parked in the garage you have to go all the way down the parking ramp to get into the hotel unless u have a key to the side door to get it where it's more convenient since your coming threw the parking lot. The staff were not professional it was like they were at home hanging out instead of doing their job.

Even though at the time of booking we received an email saying that the hotel was under renovation, we were never bothered by this and the place was super clean despite the renovations. If you ever want to go to New York well there is a bus stop really not far or the train is 5 minutes away by car. The employees are great and respectful. If I have the chance to return to NY, I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

The breakfast is really good.and the easy and free Parking extraordinary makes me satisfied. Even you can Parking there after you checking out if you want to go around in new York. The transportation is easy the bus station is back of the hotel you can easily take number 320 bus to time square.

No respect for privacy & other serious problems...
I came in with my family hoping for a comfortable and reliable Hyatt experience. Instead, we all felt like privacy was not respected and other serious issues with the room's not being maintained whatsoever. Definitely will not stay here again. - On multiple accounts, hotel personnel decided to barged into our room's without checking if people are there. There were no knocks. - A female in our group was using the restroom, and this person straight up opened the bathroom. Are you okay...? - My father was praying in his room, out loud and heard someone walk in and out. - Another female in the group was doing her makeup, and a maintenance crew member decided to just open the door and walk in without asking us anything. A few other problems.... - One of my family member's rooms was totally roughed up and messy with bottle cans everywhere and bed sheets not made. Clearly someone was in there before us and the management had not checked if it was good to be given to another person. Come on. - Once they moved them into another room, the AC of the room did not work. They brought us a fan. A small fan for a family of 5 people in 94 degree weather. Great. - Another family member's bathroom tub was fully clogged. A bathroom for 5 people that no one could shower in. The maintenance person came up to try to fix it but could not fix it for our entire stay of 3 days. - Elevator broke down. We had to bring our luggage from the 7th floor from the stairs. Hmmm.

Amazing experience. My husband & i had issues with our flights to Orlando due to storm Debby and the staff were so understanding after we left (checked-out) around 2AM & had to come back to finish the rest of the morning at the hotel as the flights were all rescheduled or delayed. The hotel is beautiful, plenty of parking, perfect location & clean.
