We stayed for 2 nights for a concert at MSG. We definitely would stay again. It's only a short 15-30min drive into the city. Prompt easy Uber pick up and drop off. They also offer a shuttle for very cheap, but we didn't want to be restricted to the times they offered. I didn't get to eat the breakfast, but my husband got us some good coffees. Staff were very kind. The place was super clean, very mind smell as if it used to have smoking allowed. But the smell decreased as we stayed, it just smelled like my spray I used. The showers were hot and the room was clean. It was super affordable and worth the stay.

WILL NOT BE BACK!! Beware!! Read whole review!
Our first room our first night there, was super hot and the air conditioner didn't work. We told the front desk and he said he would have someone fix it. We got back that evening and it was still not working and neither was our key. We went back down to tell him and he cane up and messed with it a bit, called someone then, offered us a new room.. We agreed and moved to a new room. That night, our daughter was laying on the couch and seen a bug on her pillow, we looked and it was a BED BUG!! We called the front desk, he came up an looked and offered us yet another room.. We agreed and moved to another room, bought spray and sparayed everything down and washed everything we had with us. Our daughter had bites on her!! The AC barely worked in the new room but we made due and had no other critters. We had to stay, we were here to watch our daughter march in the parade and all other hotels were booked!! Our fried who stayed in this same hotel had rat droppings all over and her 3rd night there her daughter and her found a dead rat in their room along with a live one.. After all of this, the offered to refund me for one day!! We stayed 5, spent money on sprays and creams for our daughters bites and had to wash all of our stuff!!

My stay at this hotel was deeply disappointing. On arrival, we noticed a foul odor in our room that required air freshener. On the third day, the fire alarm went off, and while the front desk claimed it was just a drill, I received a call shortly after stating that housekeeping needed to enter, despite the "Do Not Disturb" sign. They cleaned the bathroom counters and floors with the same towels provided to guests, which was disgusting. The next day, I was told a state official needed to inspect my room. The person, who couldn't provide credentials beyond a simple ID card, claimed to be from the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs. Every staff member I encountered, including the "official," was Indian, which, in combination with the lack of transparency, left me feeling uncomfortable. Additionally, the hotel falsely advertised a "hot breakfast," but the only hot item was a waffle. Everything else was cold food, which was misleading. I checked out a day early, and when I received a call asking why, the staff member seemed unaware of my issues. Overall, this was the worst hotel experience I've ever had, with poor hygiene, misleading services, and unprofessional staff. I will not be returning.

Upon checking into the room the Jacuzzi tub was terrible, I had to ask for another room. Then I told the front desk staff that their was only two guest staying overnight, but the hotel charged me for two extra guest. I will never stay at this hotel again!

Staff were wonderful and very accommodating. Hotel is dated which was ok. But, the morning we checked out, there were roaches crawling around in the bathroom ( sink and tub). The ice machine and vending machine on our floor were out of order. The carpet was very dirty and sticky in areas. The cable did not work so we only had 5 channels to choose from.
