Sandlewood Breeze - family accommodation

Sandlewood Breeze is great for large family accommodation. The whole family can enjoy holidaying away together and still have plenty of space for themselves when they want.

Downstairs promotes a huge living and dining area which has a TV, DVD, Blue-Ray player, Foxtel, games and DVDs. There is a reverse-cycle air-conditioning keeping you cool on those hot summer days. Bedroom five is located on this level with queen bed and ensuite access to the two-way bathroom with shower and toilet.

The property also has a laundry with a combined washer/dryer and an enjoyable outdoor area with hooded gas bbq and outdoor seating, just off the dining area. The yard is fully fenced and secure for young children. Sandlewood Breeze also offers free WiFi! Upstairs at Sandlewood Breeze are four bedrooms, the main with an ensuite and large sun deck with shade cover. Three of the bedrooms have ceiling fans to ensure your comfort in the warmer months. There is a spa bath in the main bathroom upstairs, lay back and relax after a long day on the beach or exploring the area. This bathroom also has a shower and toilet.

Just down the road from Sandlewood Breeze is the community indoor heated pool, available to guests staying within the Benton Sands Estate, if the weather isn't great, make use of this great indoor facility. Sandlewood Breeze is located in Benton Sands, a beachside estate at Callala BeachA short walk from the property are the white sands and beautiful waters of Jervis Bay, where you can enjoy swimming, snorkeling, surfing and more.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited.

This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.

Our standard check-in time is 4 pm and check out time is 10 am. We can offer you a complimentary early check-in or late check out time as a gesture of goodwill where booking and housekeeping schedules allow. Please call our team to request this prior to your arrival. Please note that due to demand and housekeeping pressures, no early check ins or late check outs will be granted during the months of December and January. The safest way to secure a later check out or early check in is to book the property for an extra night, please contact us to see if we can offer a special rate for this extra night. Please note that Sunday late check outs must be requested and approved prior to 5 pm on the Friday evening of that week.

Out of peak season stays of a week or more may qualify for a discount, please send us a message.

For your added security, this property is managed by a Licensed Real Estate Agent. We will never request payments be made to an overseas bank account and your money is held safely in our Trust Account until after your departure.

Great but a few holes
Great spot and well equipped house. But an onerous registration process. Then awful to wait for cleaners to finish 1 1/2 hours after check-in time, after long trip to get there. Then to find oven inoperable to heat our Christmas goodies.

Really spacious and comfortable house
The house was really well set up for us - with a large living area downstairs making it very comfortable and easy for our family of nine to enjoy Christmas get together. Very convenient and short walk to the beach also.

very happy with location, you walk through an alley and then across the road walk through the bush area and the bay is perfect especially for kids and its just great. Spacious house. Perfect for 2 or 3 families to enjoy. A few spiders and back lawn needed a mow but other than that great.

The house itself is quite nice, spacious and accommodating to large groups. Interior is dated though
The property needs thorough cleaning and maintenance (cobwebs and spiders everywhere, blown light bulbs, door locks broken, ant infestation) . It is a lovely big home and accommodated our group of 9 perfectly . The late checkin (4pm) and early checkout (10am) was a hassle though, it felt like a waste of time driving for three hours to enjoy a weekend but only really got One days worth. Price was good but I would only stay again if the arrival/departure times were extended.

Great space for families
Amazing space. Excellent dinnerware and utensils etc supplied. Would have been nice to have an empty cupboard to store food or use of pantry. Nil other complaints.

One of the best property I been to. House is clean and complete,spacious. Kids won’t be feel bored the place is near the beach, they have foxtel and internet. Overall our family is satisfied.
