Location is great, but comes at a price. There was music I could hear past 1am (could even feel the vibration on the window), and I was on the 19th floor too. I have no idea where the music was coming from, but clearly from outside somewhere (not within the hotel I don't think). Also, if you plan to sleep in, it can be noisy by 9am as well. Had one small issue while staying there, and they were so quick to remedy it. The service is great. Checking in was a bit slow though.
