Clean Cold, noisy floors
Lounge room was cold. Stove element broken. Laundry floor had water leak. Toaster didn’t work. Floor outside toilet woke whole house up at night. If skiing you have to drop keys on other side of town in morning which is really inconvenient as traffic bad from that side of town. Other than that it was clean tidy and a good space.
