Custo incompativel com qualidade
Hospedei-me na suite Estoril. As instalações estão bem degradadas , com rachaduras nas paredes e pintura bem amarelada. A janela esta bem encrostada. O banheiro é encardido e minúsculo , com espelho todo descascando e chuveiro elétrico de difícil regulagem. A TV é de 20", bem antiga e com imagem ruim. O sinal do WIFI é bem fraco.A varanda indicada nas fotos fica na garagem e não dentro do quarto, com circulação restrita se tem um carro guardado. A comida é normal , comparada a restaurantes buffet por comida a kilo na capital. Alguns pratos não estavam bem aquecidos. Check in leva 20 min pois só ha um funcionario atendendo as 16h. Considerando-se outros hotéis de pensão completa os custos estão no mínimo 20-30% acima do mercado , comparando-se a qualidade ofertada.

O hotel tem uma área de lazer incrível e uma comida maravilhosa - vale a pena por esses pontos. Mas existem pontos que podem melhorar, exemplo, o banheiro do quarto que ficamos estava bem deteriorado e falta atendente para retirar pedido de bebida no restaurante. Além disso, o hotel é bastante íngreme, então a maior parte do deslocamento é melhor por carro.

O hotel fica num lugar muito bonito, cercado de muito verde, vc realmente fica em contato com a natureza. O quarto é confortavel, mas peca em alguns quesitos como TV (poucos canais, imagem ruim), sinal de wifi muito fraco. O ponto forte foi no restaurante. Comida deliciosa, de muita qualidade. Fomos muito bem atendidos em todas as refeições, de modo especial pela Taila, Gisele e Douglas. Agora, a recepcão..só decepção. Desde antes da viagem, através de mensagens via whatsapp, até o momento do checkout, o atendimento foi péssimo. Valeu pra conhecer, mas não voltaremos.

Gostei muito da hospedagem. Apesar de ter escolhido o apartamento standard, considerei bem confortável e amplo. O que não me agradou foi o aparelho de televisão com 21 polegadas, pois achei muito pequeno para os padrões atuais e cujo som também não era de boa qualidade.

É a segunda vez que venho e dessa vez fiquei um pouco desapontado. Minha esposa e eu ficamos no quarto estoril com lareira numero 66. Não pega internet de dados e nem wifi do hotel. Tv pega apenas os canais básicos. Para a lareira deixaram madeira úmida, o resultado foi que o quarto esfumaçou todo e td ficou com cheiro de fumaça. No demais, comida boa e atendimento ok. As bebidas não alcoólicas podiam estar inclusas na diária. Monitores para as crianças pareceram muito atenciosos e animados. Mas pelo preço pago provavelmente nao voltaremos mais.

Excelente. Limpo, organizado, funcionários atenciosos e gentis. Natureza exuberante e cuidado nos detalhes. Refeições fartas e diversificadas. Show! Pra não dizer perfeito, a piscina externa próximo à coberta não havia sido limpa, com algumas folhas e insetos, mas que não impediram a utilização.

O quarto era confortável e a comida maravilhosa. Porém, não gostamos do atendimento no check-in, achamos difícil nos localizar por ter sido a primeira vez no hotel. Não nos deram informações sobre os horários das refeições nem sobre o que o hotel nos oferecia. Mudamos de quarto logo que chegamos pois não tinha ar condicionado, então pagamos a diferença para ir para um quarto que tivesse. A segunda vez foi por ter acabado a água. Foi uma boa experiência, mas não voltaremos.

POSITIVO: Além do resort ser super limpo, a comida é muito boa, é próximo a São Paulo. Vale super a pena visitar a horta (enorme) e o mirante. Quanto ao pessoal - recepção, cozinha, portaria, limpeza, jardinagem, bar - todos, sem exceção, são muito simpáticos e gentis, atendendo prontamente qualquer solicitação. NEGATIVO: Primeiro, sobre o chuveiro do chalé: ou ficava gelado, ou esquentava demais - mas fomos informados que estão trocando o sistema de aquecimento dos chuveiros. Segundo, sobre a cobertura da piscina aquecida que está cheia de buracos - infelizmente no final do penúltimo dia choveu muito forte, não tínhamos como sair do espaço da piscina nem para irmos até nosso veículo, e fomos obrigados a ficar no corredor dos banheiros pois entrava muita água pelos buracos da cobertura.
