Disliked: Staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
First of all i refused the first property i was shown as it did not appear as what i had booked on Expedia, staircase dirty, no amenities as promised. I ended up at one of the properties more expensive but slightly better at first.
I was asked to pay full amount on first day which i refused as i felt it was not right, so they agreed i pay 3 days first. A lot happened in the 3 days so i had to move out and rent somewhere else. Bedrooms and furniture excellent, spacious. Bathroom 1, leakage from taps so water on bathroom floor all over toilet, no shower curtain, no water in sink. Tried to use second bathroom, there was electric shock on tap. Water in kitchen was turned off after first day, told we had to ask security to turn it on if we wanted to cook. Wifi and electricity, only provided as startup, so were expected to top up for the rest of our stay. All issues raised to staff and owner, We were not happy at all so we left. I would never book there again.
