After landing it took a bit to find but once arrived it was a fantastic first impression. Well appointed, well designed and the aroma was so inviting. For an airport hotel it deserves a 5 star rating. It has all the amenities of a world class hotel. In fact, I’d consider staying here then do day trips to city center I the future. Great job Sama Sama!

Great hotel with easy access from the airport via complementary buggy. Train to city is convenient to board from the airport. Lots of food and dining options in the hotel or at the airport. Rooms were big and comfy. Could use a few upgrades but overall a nice stay. Food at the restaurant was quite good as well.

We had a fabulous stay at Sama Sama. Super convenient as being attached to KLIA. It felt like being at a resort and private from any hustle bustle. The pool and spa facilities were a great way to end our overseas holiday before leaving Malaysia.

Service is superb. We stay at the premium lounge, fantastic view for the 1st transit and the last day of our transit. Rooms are comfortable and staff are friendly to assist our needs. Very convenient as drinks are provided in the package. Breakfast we can choose to eat at the 9th floor lounge (less options but enough) or at the lobby which has wider range and huge with plenty of options Western, Malaysian, Japanese, etc… At the evening we have a cocktail from 6pm to 8pm on the 9th floor includes food which is enough to eat. We order vegetarian char Kwai tiew. Friendly staff especially Kamarul, he is a good listener and his warm smile makes us feel welcome and comfortable when serving us. Small gesture like offering ice cream to my daughter was well appreciated.

Above and beyond my expectations
Had mentioned to them quickly that it was our anniversary prior to checking in but was not expecting the beautifully decorated room with a whole cake! Hotels usually provide a small slice of cake but here they actually celebrated you. Staff were also wonderful, super helpful and kind. The staff at the lounge were excellent. Was sad we were there for only a short while but definitely looking forward to booking our next stay here.
