Overall, this was a newer, very clean and comfortable hotel stay. My only complaint was the gym was very limited in equipment.

Clean, convenient and great price for an overnight! Would have liked to have had a more comfortable chair to sit on, the only one provided was a small desk chair. It was either that or the bed. I had a room with a single queen bed, there’s plenty of room for a chair to sit on while reading or watching tv. Other than that my stay was perfect. Would definitely stay again next time I travel through the area.

I cancelled the booking. I was told to get the confirmation in 72 hours. I am still waiting. But the hotel took my money. May be they will put those money back to my account soon.

The property isn’t bad although fairly minimalistic. The only issue I had was about breakfast. It looked like it would not be a bad breakfast and they had it setup at 6. Breakfast did not open until 6:30, but as I had to leave by 6:20 I asked the attendant if I could go ahead and grab something. She told me she was not supposed to let me, but she said I could grab a muffin. There were plenty of other take and go options, but apparently it was more important to follow the rules. I felt like they put the standard in front of the customer and that was disappointing.

The hotel was clean overall, but there must have been a bunch of dust in the room I stayed in. I’m allergic, and by morning I was so congested and itchy. It’s the only reason I didn’t give the hotel 5 stars.

Go the extra mile to stay here!
Management is always willing to go the extra mile for guests. If you are staying anywhere in the Kansas City metro area, just stay here. You won't regret it. It's worth the extra drive even if the purpose of your visit is farther from this Hotel than others. The others just don't compare!

The supposed non smoking room reaked of cigarettes. Other than that, the room was really nice but it was loud. Between the running water that made me wonder if my bathroom was flooding in the middle of the night to the bed shaking from slamming doors, I didn't get much sleep.
