Everything was unpleasant and inadequate.
2 / 5
We booked 6 months ago. No record of our booking upon arrival. The young woman didn't even look up my name; she just said:" You want a room?" Missing and then compleyely indifferent staff were difficultto locate. Was given a choice of 3 small, sterile, concrete rooms, when we had prepaid for a larger Family room. The room we got had sheets that had not been changed, and we only got one new clean duvet cover for a room with 2 single beds. Had to request another towel. We used our own sarongs as bottom sheets. Shower head was broken. No mosquito nets, or window screens, and lots of mosquitoes. They set up tables for an evening party right outside our room, and two dozen people drank and made noise until very late. Couldn't wait to leave in the morning. Worst lodging experience by far that we had in a month in Namibia. Stay anywhere else.
