Floor was seeping fluids. Cleaned it and it came right back. Requested non-handicap room and was told hotel was sold out and I could get was a handicapped room. Bed was like a brick.

I arrived at the hotel at 4:45 and had to wait 30 minutes because my room was still not ready. Then I was on the second floor in the elevators were down for the evening. The shower still had other peoples hair in it. I definitely won’t be using Tru by Hilton again.

Checked into a room that was not clean from the previous tenant. Bed was unmade. Desk person the nearest one was told there was one on my floor 3rd floor. That was false information. Had to make another trip downstairs. very inconvenient.
