a generally positive experience. The location was very convenient, with easy access to the beach, cafes, and restaurants nearby. The cleanliness of the room was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I also appreciated the safe. However, I did find a few things that could be improved. Although there was a kitchenette, there wasn’t a proper table and chairs for dining, which made it a bit uncomfortable to enjoy meals in the room. Overall, I would stay here again,

So easy to get the key after hours. We were upgraded to a family room. So spacious and comfortable. Terrific bathroom. Staff let us leave the car there after check out while looked at the blowhole. Would stay again. Thankyou!

The property is an easy walk to the main street. The rooms have been updated with a nice bathroom. We had the queen room which was average size. Our room 115 was beside the cleaners storeroom and overlooking an outdoor courtyard area and sound carried up to the room. If you are a light sleeper, ask for another room. We had some problems with mozzies and the cleaner helped us out with some spray. Parking is secure under the building and free which was great.

A complete package!
Whilst the hotel is 5 years old, the finish still looks quite new. Spacious and well appointed rooms, my room had plenty of natural air and light and as the Nova is not on a main road the hotel is very quiet. Great access to Kiama's main commercial areas.
