Wi-Fi is available however we cannot guarantee the speed or functioning at the time of your booking.

Linen is provided for all beds however they will be unmade.

Please note: there is a unit with balcony (accommodating maximum 2 people) downstairs and attached to the house and is also rented to guests, there is a separate entrance at the rear of the house.

Note: As per our terms and conditions, we require the Online Check-in / Guest Registration Form to be completed and returned prior to your arrival. Great views from front and back of property. Everything is there from comfortable beds in bedrooms to well equipped kitchen and comfortable lounge room. The only thing that needs attention is the shower recess it could do with a good clean.
