BAD EXPERIENCE
I am highly disappointed. There is no front desk. I called the hotel number immediately I arrived Kigali airport from Lagos as instructed but my calls were ignored. I became stranded. I had to go to another hotel (Kigali Diplomat) for the entire period of my stay even though I had already paid fully.
