This is a very old and historic hotel in the centre of a busy town. All around are other businesses operating from early morning to late evening. The hotel provides a safe haven, a sanctuary of friendliness but professionalism. The late evening bar staff double as night wardens and he is really friendly. Wonderful Prince Rupert stay
Our stay was wonderful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed an excellent breakfast buffet in the Royalist restaurant each morning of our stay. We stayed in the Princess Charlotte suite. It is a beautiful room, spacious and comfortable.

Very friendly staff, a nice quiet room with a good sized bathroom, there were a few squeaky floor boards in the corridors but only to be expected in such an old building, we would definitely stay again.
