The front desk representative was very RUDE when I arrived instead of educating me it was like he was laughing in my face! Construcción going on which is not made available when booking. Restaurant staff not knowledgeable of their menu and extremely rude. The room smelled like smoke, even when they re deodorized the room it still smell like smoke.

This is a upscale premium golf resort with professional front desk staff. The staff at the resturants Kenzie and Aloha were nice and the food was amazing because of the quality and taste. The golf course is beautiful and there are alot of activities to do on the property.
