I loved that they allowed us to check in almost 8 hours early, but after the service all but disappeared. Concierge never answered the phone when I called and when I sent simple requests, such as a need for pool towels when after the maid took the dirty ones without replacing them, it took over 2 hours for them to bring them to my room. I ended up driving to the registration building to get them myself. It wouldn't have been a big deal if this was a regular hotel and I could just go down to the front desk. Nothing is close by, we needed to drive everywhere to use the amenities. They offer a good cart shuttle service, but like I said earlier, they don't answer the phone and take an eternity to reply to text requests. Also, if you are considering staying here, know that they are going to try and sell you a timeshare.

Everything went wrong
When i arrived the could not find my reservation then no parking had to park 3 buildings away then the elevator was broke had to walk 3 flighty of stairs then maid service banks on door while i was still sleeping because she's trying to clean the rooms prior to check out time.... I usually like this place but not this time.

Amazing Resort
Great location within the resort. The pool close by was a real asset with the heat we experienced. The grounds were immaculate and designed beautifully. The staff were very professional and welcoming on our check in. We will certainly return the next time we are in Orlando.
