The front staff was rude when we arrived , the elevators didn’t work in building 11. Pool gate and cabanas unavailable. No house keeping done until we left , called for more towels and the front desk clerk was trying to be funny since I asked for 2 more towels she ended up sending 9 wash clothes 9 big towles 5 towel rugs and 7 other mid size towels /

The process for check in was really bad, at first everything was ok but then when we went to our room the keys did not work went back two time and the lady at the front desk told us to go back and wait until security goes to the room and fix the door because it was an issue with the door battery, it was none they had to change the door, so until the third time of going back they had to change us room but in the worst attitude possible
