Zero housekeeping service. We were there for 6 days. Not once was our room cleaned, garbage taken out (we did it ourselves ) and no fresh towels. Matter of fact in one of our two rooms the towels were moldy as there was a water leak underneath the sink where the towels were stored. They did have a washer and dryer on our floor where we washed our own towels and bedding. We were supposedly in the completely newly remodeled section. Horrible to day the least.

We loved all the pools all around. We enjoyed the water park but the restrictions for the water slides are a bit ridiculous. My autistic 3 isn't ready for most slides and was literally at the side and she said he was too tall and then proceeded to tell me to go upstairs to the bigger slides which wouldn't let him keep the safety vest. Luckily 3 and under was free. As for my 10 y.o there were only 3 slides and he was over it slightly quick. Overall the park is very nice. Cool cups for drinks which my older son loved. There was a DJ there also and HE was AMAZING!!! give him a raise. Getting a cart to drive us too and from things was difficult as there seemed to be either a driver shortage or lack of bigger golf carts. When we did get a ride the staff was wonderful. We were all the way in the back but it really wasn't a bad walk. The scenery is lovely, friendly guest everywhere. BBQ pits, park, and sport areas everywhere. Wings at the Italian place are delicious. We had a blast at Drafts restaurant and the kids loved the game room

Great place to stay with a family of four. Water park was fun kids spent a whole day there. I believe it was worth the 25 dollars a person. Room was very big and clean. The kitchen was an awesome feature. Only downside was the pull out bed was a little uncomfortable but that’s to be excepted next time we book will be get a 2 bedroom. We will for sure book here again next year when we return for my sons jujitsu tournament

Restaurants are limited. Stuff is rude. Stuff from check in, are rude. I can tell. People are just there to take our money. Surprise fees. And everyone was rude. I asked for towels and they could have said ‘may I help you” nope. Never. We were playing mini-golf and the young man told us to “leave, it’s closed” Employees need to have classes on ethics and how to talk to guests. We as guest do Pay your wages. And don’t need to be treated like “cows in a slaughter” line. My bedroom skirt, was black. Dirt!!! The room had a strong awful odor, the pool, etc closed too soon. My washer n dry did not work. Over all. I will not recommend this resort!!

Never again thru Expedia, I'll book direct with the hotel next time to prevent inconvenient miscommunication by a third party, Expedia has deceived me for the last time about TOTAL COST of trip, not their advertised BS. Alot of garbage and old construction debris was scattered all around the outside of the building and unit, on sidewalks, grassy areas that would float around the sidewalks due to very poor drainage. We can deal with alot of mess and turmoil, hurricane Ian destroyed our house, took a year to move back in and clean up the mess. So, It was tough to explain to a child why all the garbage was never cleaned up, while we payed a lot to stay there. Staff and greeters were very friendly, but never addressed our concerns at our building which was the farthest from the town center. We felt very deceived by Expedia about the quality of our stay. For example, extra fees and complimentary activities for kids that actually cost money for each activity per person. DAILY WATERPARK FEES ARE NOT INCLUDED PER PERSON PER DAY. ONLY OPEN 11-6. Better staying elsewhere and paying $25 to just goto the waterpark for the day. Kids and adults were screaming running around the building at 3am every night. Security never did anything about it, my family felt very unsafe and upset. Definitely a false sense of security in a gated community. At the front gate nobody checks/verify's to see if you are a guest/owner or supposed to be there, only just a person waving at you.

Outdated, mildew in our shower. Room was musty, nasty stains on the carpet. Cabinet doors hanging loose. Called 3 different times to get our toilet unclogged. Swimming pools were so overcrowded you couldn’t even enjoy them. So if you enjoy rude, overcrowded people this is the place for you
