Front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I arrived at hotel an hour before checkout time and they got me right in a room which was awesome breakfast breakfast was awesome. Scrambled eggs were perfect. Will definitely come back.

First let me say Lucinda was super sweet at registration. The hotel was clean. Rooms were comfortable. The breakfast was actually pretty good. Variety of breakfast. And the lady (sorry- didn’t get her name) was very nice and kept everything stocked and full.

The person that checked us in was very friendly and knowledgeable of the area around the hotel. However there was hair on the ground in the bathroom, the carpet could not have been vacuumed in a while because while walking barefooted a wad of hair wrapped around my toes. I don’t have a hair phobia, but this just says something about the cleanliness. There was no shampoo or conditioner or soap for the shower.

In Knoxville visiting family. Very convenient and close to several restaurants. Staff friendly and helpful breakfast good and constantly restocked. Only con was that the whole facility seemed dated and in need of refurbishment.

Bathroom had a lot of white pieces of something all over floor. Room smelled stale and musty. Unlike other Confort Inns Wehave stayed. Location was convenient, staff was nice, breakfast was good.
