Just Yuck! Just go home!
We didn’t stay! We went up to the room very reluctantly due to the conditions and odor of the lobby and hallways. The ceilings were in disrepair, the wallpaper ripped or bumpy in several areas in the hall on the way to the room. The room might as well been on the highway because we could see and hear it without the curtains open. The pillows were smaller than an accent pillow. In fact they were so small that they took the standard pillow case and folded it inside to hide the fact that the pillow was too small for the pillow case. Again the odor was horrible. A miserable combination of deodorizer mixed with food or “other” substance odor. I could hardly find a parking space as well. I checked out almost as soon as we checked in. I plan to call tri see about a refund. Just yuck!

There was a reason a room was available
Room was not that clean. The bathroom sink was clogged so bad we could not use it. Will choose a different hotel the next time we stay in Knoxville.

The staff was friendly and helpful. It appears to be an old hotel that they are trying to modernize but needs many updates. We were driving through so for night it was fine enough but will likely choose somewhere else next time.

Unfortunately we had a medical emergency that prevented us from traveling to Tennessee. We called hampton inn where we were to stay on thursday night and they refunded us half of our reservation $. We asked Comfort inn if they could refund us part of our reservation $ for Friday night and were refused. We wont be staying at a Comfort Inn in the future but we will stay at a Hampton Inn.
