Horrible Service
They put me on the 5th floor far away from the elevator to the lobby. The second night my key didn’t work and there was a sign on one elevator saying out of order. I went all the way down to the lobby and got the key done again. Next morning I decided to have breakfast. I was told breakfast was not included or I had to have a voucher. The room was over $100 a night and breakfast was not included? Ridiculous! The staff was rude when I went to get the key made.

Clean and comfortable room in a very good location. Safe and easy to find. Restaurant had good good. We ate there twice, but the heat was off the second night and we froze eating dinner.

Never ever book on the ground floor. The hallway to the rooms is like walking through a 1950's insane asylum hospital. Scary. Floors in our room were sticky. I booked especially because of pool and hot tub. They did not close the door to the outside air and it was freezing in the pool area, and hot tub was luke warm. Never again!
