Dirty and disgusting!! Place looked like a war zone! Wet paint with no signs ruined our backpacks and the bed sheets were filthy. Toilet was broken and door to the bathroom was off it's track. Smelled like weed and mildew. Random wet spots on cushions and doors extra safety latch was busted off. Absolutely did not feel safe but was unable to get a refund and had limited funds to go elsewhere.

This place is renovating and should not rent out rooms until they are thru. Mold in bathroom. Dirty walls. Fire alarms, hair dryer didn't work. Looked online and we were charged almost double the rate ...we should at least be credited with half of what we were charged.

Breakfast?
Breakfast consisted of pancakes and cereal. Excuse was renovation taking place soon, but more food could have easily been provided. We count on starting the day with a good meal when traveling. Photo was deceiving and this was a major disappointment.

My reservation was for a room with a king bed, but I was informed that the room with a king bed had an air conditioning problem, so they put me in a room with a double bed. Otherwise, the property was clean, convenient (close to the interstate), and in a quiet neighborhood.

This place is a gem! The staff is so welcoming and kind! And the breakfast was the best we have ever had at a hotel! Multiple juice, coffee, and cereal options and fresh waffles! Yum!

Good value no frills hotel
Hotel is being renovated and is mostly completed, carpet, paint, new beds etc with just a few things left like painting door jams. Bed was very comfortable and room was very clean. Breakfast was all carbs, but did have waffle machine and 3 juices. We will stay there again.
