Amazing location, great connections via transport or easy to walk to a lot of tourist destinations in Hong Kong. Room was very comfortable and had amazing views of the harbour. Only improvement would be the soundproofing between rooms/corridor as we had some noisy neighbours, otherwise a fantastic stay.

Just and average stay. Nothing extra worth mentioning from staff or hotel. You pay for a room, it looks better in pics. The rest of the facilities, including lobby and restaurant were not inviting at all.

Provided slippers are too flimsy. Shower head is good with good pressure. Good to have a table to do work. Internet somestimes is slow. Safe is too small. Cannot fit a small chromebook.

Very conveniently located in south Kowloon, with great dining options around it, good transit access and practical for airport express trains, or getting a cab right at the door. The hotel itself was slightly on the older side, but the room had incredible views of the bay and was pretty spacious for HK standards.

Hotel location convenient but in busy area, good dining option and price is right. Front desk staffs are not smiling and does not explain how to operating the elevator, no one open the hotel doors and not offering bell services. I am injured and need help. I had to handle my heavy lugging by myself. Hotel is very clean and smell fresh and quiet

Hotel room is quite tiny. We had several big luggage and can't open them all at the same time. With that said, this hotel's location is unbeatable. It is closed to the MTR, shuttle bus to the airport and to Shenzhen. Good restaurants nearby, 711 is right across the street. We will return again.
