i thought the beds were incredibly uncomfortable,wayyyyy too soft I thought the looooong hallway to reception desk was of very poor condition,needs painting and patching also i would consider some art work or a vibrant paint colour.. the cost of the room ,didnot equate to the quality of motel the only redeeming place was the pool... when i checked out ,i was served by a understanding staff member who offered me a sm discount ..which wasnt necessary also the coffee barista ,who was polite,couldnt make me a coffee past 9 pm..i dont think that is good enuf He also said that room service couldnt offer coffee either,i was very suprised

The hotel was comfortable and close to amenities. The room was generally ok, except for the shower which had a major leak at the bottom of the door and flooded the bathroom floor each time we showered. Otherwise, the stay was very good.

2nd stay at Rydges and not disappointed. Loved the balcony room, the buffet breakfast sets you up for all the walking you will do. The bar and bar service very friendly and great for an afternoon drink.

At check-in we were lucky enough to get an upgrade to a king spa room, it was an excellent room only issue if you like a dark room you need to take some eye patches to block out the light shining from outside the main door, otherwise very nice hotel

On arrival we we're told our room was upgraded with was very exciting. From a queen to a king with spa bath. Was super comfy staying here 2 nights. Was absolutely fantastic! And the pools are amazing too!

We have stayed at this hotel many times over a number of years and unfortunately the standard of service and the condition of the hotel has reduced considerably. When we arrived the front desk greeting was particularly unfriendly and unwelcoming. Considerably overpriced and certainly not the usual Expedia VIP standard. Would not recommend.
