Great location. If booking a Tower view then try and request a higher floor as they will have even better views. You can get to the Towers without ever really having to go outside which helps when it's bad weather.

We had a great experience . Everyone in the hotel was very professional. They allowed early check in after long overnight flight. We will stay again if we are coming back to KL.

Excellent Management
My mom and I had an issue while staying at this hotel. However, when we spoke to a woman (I believe her name is Jenny) at the front desk, she was incredibly helpful. She had her manager get in touch with me and my mom. The manager was excellent. I wish I could remember her name. This was several months ago but I wanted to write a review because Jenny and her manager were absolute helpful and understanding. I hope that both of them get a raise or get bumped up in management because they are people who know how to take care of their guests.

Great location, very close to KLCC park. Hotel is nice and rooms have a good size. Highly recommended.
