Room had a very heavy perfume smell the moment you open the room door. Told receptionist about it and asked for them to get rid of smell but it didn’t happen. On two occasions , whole reception was left unattended with no one at the desk at all

The property is situated in a great location, but the two-bedroom apartment definitely needs some updating. I noticed a strong smell of smoke in my room, despite requesting a non-smoking option. A word of caution: double-check your room charges at checkout. The staff charged me for an additional night, even though I had already paid for my entire stay in advance. The reception team seemed unaware of this charge and couldn't resolve the issue. I was running late for my flight, but they insisted I wait for their finance team to address the extra charges. Overall, this left me with a less-than-positive impression of the hotel.

The Hotel is great. The only issue is that the detergent used for hallway carpet smells very strong and unpleasant.

I stayed here for five nights. Good hotel, great service. But they are renovating some rooms and it can be noisey up to 530pm.
