Too loud but Regina is great
Its a small room with a tiny bathroom included. Captain america was fun but not the loud music until 23 am of the pub below. Regina, the person that works there is very nice and helpful

Extremely helpful staff
The place is right behind Pullman and in the same block as the Cottage Bar. This place is very close to Top Spot where you can have good sea food. Overall very pleasant stay.

arrived to find us locked out as staff had gone to airport to collect someone. left hanging around in dingy stairwell til a guest let us in. Eventually let into our room with the complementary ear plugs to try and lessen some of the impact from the late night karaoke bar downstairs Shared bathroom was a shower over the toilet so constantly wet and no wear to get dressed no proper sink facilities Room was clean and bright but cramped and just too noisy Not recommended except if you are a very desperate backpacker. Friendly staff though

The room is good for the price and there was a nice courteous lady who was very keen in giving us directions and recommendations. She also brought us to the bus stop herself (!) from where we cought our bus to Bako National Park.

We had a great time at hero hostel. The only downside is that the rooms don't have windows.

les membres de l equipe sont vraiment gentils et accueullants. merci beaucoup. le bruit parfois est genant car le quartier est tres anime en fin de semaine. j avoue aussi que l absence de fenetre est un peu deroutant. mais sinon la gentillesse du personnel amoidri cet aspect.

Fantastisch personeel
De kamers zijn simpel (geen raam, wel airco), maar schoon. Gedeelde sanitair is eveneens simpel, maar schoon. De vrouw van de receptie is ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam en heeft ons ontzettend goed geholpen in het plannen en organiseren van onze activiteiten. Dit maakt de simpele kamers dubbel en dwars goed!
