Good location at Ladies Beach. Housekeeping non existent and the aircon only set on hot. Staff didn’t speak English except for restaurant staff who were really lovely. Didn’t eat here but the breakfast was sufficient.

A smile when checking in would have made a big difference. Bed was very comfy, shower superb, room size good. View from rooms 206 and 207 superb. Food ok but always cold. Dining room staff very pleasant. Overall an ok stay but it could have been so much better with a little effort towards customer care.

Bu otele ilk ve son kes gelişim. 1. Resepsiyondan kaşık istedim aşağı inip kendiniz alın cevabı verdiler yalnızım dedi kişi indiğimde aşağıda tv izliyorlar işi 3 kişi 2. Aşağı inip aldım, giderken aşağıya indirin karşılığı aldım, içimden odayı da temizleyip gideyim mi diye sormak geldi 3. Klimanın motoru sabaha kadar garip sesler çıkarıyor 4. Duş başlığı bozuk, başlığı takacak yer bozuk. Özel çabalar ile duş alabilirsiniz 4. Parkeler iğrenç durumda 5. Yan odada sabahın 4 üne kadar yüksek sesle geyik muhabbeti yapıldı. Resepsiyona bildirmek istedim ama gidip uyarabilriiwniz. Uymazsa kavga edebilirsiniz cevabı alacağımı düşündüm. Sonuç: bu işi yapacaksanız yatırım yapıp düzelteceksiniz. Oraya parasını verip gelenler enayi değiller. Bir daha da gidip bu otelde kalmam
