写真でバスタブがあったのでこのホテル(部屋プラン)を選択しましたが、実際の部屋にはバスタブがなかった。広告の違反ですよ。 チェックアウトの日でもないのに、朝10:30にドアチャイムの音で起こされた。Do not disturb にしていなかったとはいえ、1回目で反応しないのに対して、4回もドアベルを鳴らされた。寝てるかもしれないという想像力を働かせるよりも先に、自分の仕事を優先したい従業員がいるということ。

Great location, pleasant room
Very convenient for day trips and restaurants. We visited several excellent bakeries for breakfast/brunch. The room was the best layout and had the most comfortable bed of any hotel on our several-city trip, but the temperature was not as we'd have preferred because the thermostat is centrally controlled and the window could not be opened.

I really enjoyed my time here. The hotel was very clean and located in the center of the places I wanted to visit while on my stay here. The staff were friendly and helpful. My room was beautiful and had such a nice view of the street. I also really enjoyed that my room was soundproof. I mean some noises are inevitable but it was as sound proof as it gets. I woke up every morning feeling so refreshed because of how comfy the bed was. When I visit Kyoto again I will be staying here.

This hotel met our expectations. The staff were friendly and happy to hold our luggage on the day we checked out. I shipped a few Amazon packages to the hotel, no issues. The room was clean and bright with a big window, and blackout curtains that worked well. We had a king bed, which can be hard to find, and one of the reasons we stayed at this hotel. It didn’t leave a lot of space in the room but we managed and it didn’t detract from our stay. The amenities were good and shampoo and conditioner quite nice. The hotel is approx 20-min walk from the main train station and close to different transit lines. There are convenience stores nearby and we liked the Donguri restaurant up the street for late night food and a few drinks. We didn’t use the public bath but pyjamas and slippers were provided.
