I really appreciated the hotel shuttle service to and from Kyoto Station. It made exploring the area much more easier since the mall was a short walking distance from the drop off point. Other stations were only 10-15 minutes away. The hotel staff was EXCEPTIONAL! They were quick to help with any kind of request and were very accommodating. My only gripe is the air con and no microwave, but there is a 24 hour supermarket not far and plenty of convenience stores surrounding the hotel. I would definitely book with this hotel again just because of their customer service which was the best I’ve had. My other hotels did not even come close to Kyoto Tokyu Hotel.

Very modern hotel with first-class amenities. Shuttle-bus to train station every 30 minutes. Staff are very helpful.

The staff is wonderful and the breakfast is good. But the room was disappointing- very outdated decor and small bathroom. The gym is small.
