You have the train and bus stop like 2 min walking. The hotel is within a park where you can walk calmly at any time of the day. You have the Aquarium nearby. The hotel is very beautiful and clean, the staff is very helpful and polite.

Very nice location, only 2 min walk to the train station. You can enter the hotel directly from the entry of the convenient store next to the hotel. There are also couple of museums near the hotel area.

The property was wonderful. Breakfast buffet was delicious. Great selection of food choices. The staff were so helpful & accommodating. The train station was very close by and very easy to use. Local restaurants were so good loved the choices. Would absolutely stay here again.

猛暑なので、帰宅時にお土産を入れて持って帰るために保冷剤と保冷バッグを持参しました。 9月13日早朝、荷物を預ける際に保冷剤（キャンプ等で使用する有料の繰り返し使用できるもの）2個を16日のチェックアウト時まで冷凍庫で保管するようにお願いしました。冷蔵品を沢山買い、いざチェックアウトで保冷剤を受けとると1個はカチカチではないにしても凍っていましたが、もう１個は全く凍っていませんでした。自宅の普通の冷蔵庫の冷凍室でも1日入れればカチカチに凍るのに、3日も預けて凍っていない。スタッフも全く謝罪しない。仕方がないので、京都駅の伊勢丹で買い物をして、無料の小さな保冷剤を足しました。本当に最悪。
