Even before we arrived the amazing team at The James New York were looking after us. Our arrival was delayed by 2 days due to a snow storm and the team understanding our situation shifted our reservation without penalty. On arrival, tired from our travel we were greeted by smiling staff who went out of their way to make sure we were looked after. During our stay, everyone was so pleasant - we felt very welcome! Couldn't have asked for a better place to make our home while in NY!

"The place is charming and location is excellent. However, the reception staff was rude and unhelpful. I asked for advice on attractions/boat trips and was informed that islands were closed, which acually was not true as I had nice boat trip the next day. I forgot my charger but reception had none ..."
