Lake Maggiore Holiday Packages

It's fine if you want the Vegas experience of being surrounded by trashy people and are into the gambling & the drinking & drug scene. So for a wild party, it's fine. But if you're travelling for work, it's probably not the place for you. The noise, even 32 floors up, is insane, and every night at about midnight an overwhelming stench of marijuana fiils the room. Every where you go there is loud music, even in the elevators. Your neighbours will waltz in from the casino very drunk about about 1am and start fighting every night. It's all a bit overwhelming. It's peak American capitalism, asking a room rate, a resort fee, and even money for holding your bags for an hour (oh that's not a 'fee', it's just a tip...). Every time you walk on the street you are going to be accosted by the various scammers who occupy the block. Check-in line can be 30m plus if you arrive a 11am ish, so try to arrive late in the evening. All that said, the room itself was fine, and the view of the mountains was amazing. The bar fridge is empty, which I prefer.

Great location. Funky cool vibe. Not your standard hotel environment. Great roof too bar view of Manhattan.

What a fabulous stay! Will be staying here again when I’m back to NYC!

Great location, breakfast queue annoying. Shower leaked all over the floor of the room’s lobby!
