Je rajouterai que personne n'Ć©tait prĆ©sent dans l'Ć©tablissement lors de mon arrivĆ©e, un simple guidage pour prendre mes clĆ©s et possessions de ma chambre au tĆ©lĆ©phone...moyen. Ce que je trouve honteux c'est de vous dĆ©douaner sur votre personnel ! Vous Ć©tier bien prĆ©sent pour m'appeler avec insistance pour savoir oĆŗ nous souhaitons dĆ®ner et votre agacement lorsque nous avons dĆ©clinĆ©, votre cigarette a la bouche pour nous faire rĆ©gler. Vous Ć©tiez la personne en charge de la rĆ©ception, et vous n'avez pas ete a la hauteur effectivement contrairement a la personne prĆ©sente qui a fait de son mieux pour nous satisfaire avec les moyens que vous lui laissez. Pas de chauffage dans les chambres, parties communes, petit-dĆ©jeuner au rabais (pourtant si bien vendu..), chambre sans entretiens sont un choix dĆ©libĆ©rer de votre part et ses informations vous ont dejĆ  Ć©tĆ© reporter par votre personnel. Pour rĆ©sumĆ©, si vous aimez vous faire prendre de haut, avoir froid, ne pas ĆŖtre accueillis, manger un petit dĆ©jeuner surgelĆ© ou pĆ©rimĆ©e...allez-y. Une somme exorbitante au vu de la qualitĆ©. Tout est dans le nom. Un petit dĆ©jeuner indigne Ć  13ā‚¬ avec des produits pĆ©rimĆ©s, une cafetiĆØre Ć  capsule entartrĆ©e, des mini viennoiseries rĆ©chauffĆ©es sur place. 4 pour 3 personnes, la personne responsable pas contente quand nous lui en avons demandĆ© plus ā€¦ Sans parler de la salle de petit dĆ©jeuner non chauffĆ©e, vous comprenez il nā€™y a pas grand monde on ne chauffe pas ā€¦ obligĆ© de reprendre son manteau. Une gestionnaire dā€™accueil fumant sa cigarette Ć©lectronique sans problĆØme, venant Ć  la porte de la chambre pour nous demander de payerā€¦ Une chambre dā€™ailleurs non chauffĆ©e et Ć©galementā€¦. Bref cauchemar Ć  lā€™hĆ“tel pour 94ā‚¬. Cā€™est indigne ! Vous avez eu votre commentaire tant demandĆ© monsieur.
