Everything was brilliant. But was dispappointed the pool was not open due to repairs. It was not on the website otherwise i probably wouldnt have booked this hotel. I booked the hotel because of the pool. Maybe just letbthe customers know when booking.

Good Morning Many thanks for the mail, I can confirm that the check in was pleasant, however there was fitness class going underneath me And the biggest complaint the shower was broken and if your paying £149 for a room you expect to be able to wash yourself especially as we are not a third world country and we are in 2024,the bath was a half bath and my 8 yr old would not fit in it never mind an adult. On checking out the receptionist did not ask if my stay was enjoyable or if everything was OK, I therefore prompted and told her about the issue to she replied OK thank you. That was it, no apology,nothing. My room was 234.

Overall a great stay.
First room offered had not veen cleaned but another was offered immediately. Service was excellent in the restaurant, especially at breakfast and the spa/gym was also very good. The member of staff on duty on Thursday evening was both professional and pleasant and helpful.
