Very quiet seafront house with unobstructed sea view

Charming quiet South-exposed house in a very quiet setting in Lanmodez with unobstructed sea view from all rooms, direct access from the garden to the small fine sandy beach, landscape changing according to the tides, very comfortable separate kitchen and dining room and living room separated by a fireplace. On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms. Outside, there is a laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and extra shower ideal when you come back from your fishing day. There is a closed garage for 1 car or maybe 2 if you do not close it. In Lanmodez you can buy oysters and mussels. You can directly buy lobsters and crabs to the fishermen 2 km away and you can directly buy vegetables and meat to producers. This heavenly place is located in the wild peninsula. There is a 500 m² fenced garden with furniture, sunloungers and barbecue, baby equipment with baby cot upon request and 2 bikes at your disposal for free to visit our wild peninsula. Go hiking along the shore on the GR34 with exceptional views.

Maison très bien située, intérieur à rénover
La maison est vraiment au bord de l'eau, les chambres très correctes, par contre la cuisine, la salle de bain et la cage d'escalier sont en très mauvais état. Le jardin n'est pas entretenu. Cette maison a besoin d'une rénovation profonde. Le mitigeur de la douche ne tient que par ses tuyaux. Le problème de cette maison n'est pas son prix mais son état.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt in traumhafter Lage
Wir haben unsere Ferien in diesem traumhaft gelegenen Haus mit dem tollen Garten genossen. Die Vermieter waren sehr, sehr nett und hilfsbereit, Probleme wurden umgehend behoben. Leider ist das Haus mit einer eigentlich sehr hochwertigen Ausstattung in die Jahre gekommen und müsste dringend renoviert werden. Das Bad war sehr klein, spartanisch und abgenutzt, aber alles in allem war es trotzdem ein schöner Aufenthalt. Danke nochmals Herrn und Frau Gouronnec für den freundlichen Empfang

Traumhafte Lage und freundliche Vermieter, aber...
Freundliche Vermieter, ein attraktiver Garten und die wunderbare Lage sind wahrhaftig vorhanden. Das Haus selbst hat einen dringenden (!!!) Sanierungsbedarf. Die sanitären Anlagen sind gruselig, vieles in und an dem Gebäude ist abgenutzt und unsauber, das hat nichts mehr mit Charme zu tun. In Anbetracht des stolzen Preises den wir bezahlt haben, paßt das Angebot nicht.

Vraiment les pieds dans l'eau !
Une vue magnifique avec un petit jardin bien clôturé, idéal avec un petit chien. Très tranquille. Belles balades à pieds. Des ostréiculteurs à 5 mn à pied pour ceux qui veulent déguster des huîtres. Description conforme à l'annonce, bien agencée, vaisselle et ustensile de cuisine, il ne manque rien ! Literies très propres, bien protégées. Par contre petit cabinet de douche. Très bon accueil tout en gentillesse. Séjour très agréable.

Le vrai luxe c’est ça
Si vous cherchez la dernière ambiance « lounge » ou « vintage chic », de la literie à 2000€ passez votre chemin. Ici on parle du VRAI luxe, de quelque chose de bien plus rare : on parle d’un accueil tout en sourire, de confiance, d’un voisinage gentil et aidant, d’un calme olympien et surtout de vues!!! Des levés de soleil à couper le souffle, une mer magnifique… Ici c’est le paradis de la famille dans cette petite maison au charme désuet. Ici c’est un endroit où vous savez quand vous arrivez et aimeriez de ne jamais savoir quand il faudrait en repartir. Merci pour tout et à très bientôt !!!

Großartiger Urlaub in fantastischem Ferienhaus
Wir haben zwei großartige Wochen Urlaub in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht. Die Lage ist fantastisch, der Blick auf die Bucht, die kleine Insel, den Gezeitenwechsel aus allen Fenstern und vom Garten aus ist immer wunderschön. Der voll eingezäunte Garten war für unseren Hund sehr entspannend und am Strand vor dem Haus konnte er nach Herzenslust toben. Bei Hochwasser konnten wir direkt vom Haus aus zum Schwimmen gehen, glasklares Wasser. Sehr schöne und vielfältige Möglichkeiten zum Wandern, ein perfekter, ruhiger Urlaub zum Erholen. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin einfach und angenehm. Wir haben das Ferienhaus Freunden und Verwandten weiterempfohlen. Nous avons passées deux semaines extraordinaire dans ce maison formidable. La vue est merveilleuse, le jardin enclos très agréable et interessant pour notre chien, qui pouvait courir et jouer à la plage avant la maison. À plein mer nous pouvons nager tout près de la maison. Ce region est très attractive pour randonner et passer des vacances très calme. La maison est très bien équipée avec tous ce qu’il faut. La communication avec la proprietère était très simple et agréable. Nous avons recommandés ce location à nos amis et notre famille.

Maison de famille avec vue magnifique sur la baie
Propriétaires charmants, maison familiale très pratique et très bien équipée. Très beau jardin devant la petite plage tranquille de Port Guyon. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et profité des producteurs locaux (producteurs d'huîtres et de moules à 400m). Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Tranquillité cote d'armor.
Très belle vue de la maison au gré des marée, pour les lèves tôt, lever du soleil superbe, petit coin sur l'îlot ; accueil bien sympathique des proprietaires, jardin bien isolé et clos pour les vacanciers avec enfants et animaux,. Je recommande vivement cette location pour les vacanciers qui recherche la tranquillité, merci à vous Mme et mr Gourounnec .

Superbe maison les pieds dans l'eau
Mr et Mme Gouronnec sont des hôtes charmants et accueillants (far breton maison, bouteille de vin…) La maison est très bien équipée et propre. La cuisine est munie de tout le nécessaire pour réaliser de bon petit plat Les chambres sont grandes et la vue de toutes les fenêtres est magnifique. Nous avons passé une semaine des vacances de la Toussaint dans cette maison située dans un endroit très calme avec accès direct à la mer. Nous avons pu faire du kayak de mer en partant de devant la maison à marée haute. Exposée sud la maison est très claire, agréable et fonctionnelle. A proximité, plusieurs producteurs d'huitres, de crustacés et de légumes. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et disponibles.

Ein Ort um auszuspannen
Eine ruhige Lage des Hauses, nette Vermieter, die uns eine Flasche Cidre und einen selbstgebackenen bretonischen Kuchen zum Einzug brachten. Störungen, wie z. B Warmwasserausfall wurden umgehend beseitigt. Das Haus liegt an einer Nebenstraße und direkt am Strand. In der Nähe ( 2km ) kann man frische Austern und Muscheln direkt vom Erzeuger kaufen. Zum Einkaufen muss man etwas weiter fahren, aber dafür hat man so schöne Altstädte wie Tréguier in der Nähe, wo es vom Lidl bis zum SuperÜ alles gibt, auch einen schönen Markt. Für uns war es einfach ein Urlaub zu relaxen. Vielen Dank noch einmal an die netten Vermieter.
